The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sky throws a jab but it's blocked by Jones.
Jones closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Jones fails in his attempt to clinch.
Sky missing with a left hand there. Jones was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Sky tried to score with a low kick but Jones checks it.
Sky misses with a hook

and Jones counters by moving into the clinch.
Sky jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jones walks away with a smile on his face. Sky gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
A combination from Jones does no damage.
Sky throws a front kick aimed at Jones's knee but Jones avoids it well.
Jones tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Sky scores with a jab.
Good work by Jones as he checks the leg kick.
Jones throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sky.
Jones wants to clinch but Sky slips to the side
and Sky counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Sky scores with a punch to the head.

It looks like Jonathan Davis Jones has been cut.
Sky throws a shot from downtown. Jones moves away and avoids it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones defending well as Sky loads up on a big left hand.
Sky slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Sky takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Jones slips a straight right by Sky.
Sky swings for the body but Jones moves out of range.
Sky swings widly with a right hand
and Jones counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Sky takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Sky ducks under a wild hook from Jones.
Jones throws a combination that misses
and Sky counters with a one-two to the body.
The fighters circle momentarily. Sky darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Sky cracks Jones with an open hand slap.
Jones misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sky throws an overhand right that lands on Jones's shoulder, as Jones tries to avoid the shot.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sky. Jones does a little dance to reset his feet.

Sky lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sky throws out a loose jab but Jones uses good head movement to avoid it.
Sky throws an off balance right hand
and Jones counters with a solid body kick.
Jones throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sky connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Sky misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jones.

Sky shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jones's guard.

Sky slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Jones gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
You get the feeling that Jones really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Sky controlling his opponent.
Jones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sky. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jones tries to buck Sky off so he can stand up but Sky has got his back now - this could be big trouble! He's slapped on a rear naked choke that looks really tight! Jones falls backwards, slamming Sky to the mat but Sky holds on tight! Jones is forced to tap and this one is all over!
