Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jonas Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josey Wales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wales misses with a two punch combination.

Wales is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Black has managed to free his arm - good work.
Wales wants to free his trapped foot but Black is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Wales working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Black tries to roll over but Wales keeps him under control.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Black is trying to control the position but Wales postures up.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Wales accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Wales throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Black works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Wales drops back looking for a leg! Black is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Black manages to kick Wales off! Wales jumps back into Black's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Black connects with a solid leg kick.

Black rushes Wales and presses him up against the ropes.

Jonas Black has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Josey Wales.
Wales has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Black is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Black lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Wales backwards.

Black dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Wales. That did some damage!

Wales shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Black is trying desperately to improve position.
Wales scoring with strikes but Black is staying in there.

Black is rocked!
Black is bucking up trying to escape but Wales cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Oh Black is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Wales working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Black turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Wales off and cradles Black's limp body as Wales celebrates with his corner.
