Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taka Yoshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davi Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
22 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Taka Yoshi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

18 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Davi Silva!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yoshi throws a head kick that misses.
Taka Yoshi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Yoshi - that will leave a mark!
Nice body kick from Yoshi.
Silva looks to land a body kick but Yoshi moved away.
Yoshi throws a sloppy head kick and Silva moves out of range easily.
Silva lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Yoshi backs up against the cage.
Yoshi gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Silva takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Yoshi fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Silva looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Silva checks a low kick from Yoshi.
Yoshi misses with a body kick.
Silva gets cracked there but stands up to it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Yoshi fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Silva walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Silva tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Yoshi was well out of range. Poor timing from Silva.
Yoshi throws a leg kick that is checked
and Silva counters with a nice uppercut.
Silva avoids a punch combination nicely.
Yoshi misses with a takedown attempt - Silva sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Yoshi shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Silva is trying to defend but Yoshi finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Yoshi is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Silva tries to kick Yoshi off but Yoshi keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Yoshi not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Silva is looking for a sweep. Yoshi is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Yoshi maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Silva could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Yoshi has cracked it and Silva is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Yoshi!
