The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Michaels misses with a straight right.

Miller is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Michaels's half guard.

The fighters are battling for position here. Michaels manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Michaels bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Miller's guard.

Miller has his foot on Michaels's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Michaels works his way back into a safe position though.

Michaels decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Miller takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Michaels fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Michaels scores with a jab.

Michaels stuns Miller with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

It looks like Heath Miller has been cut.
No joy there for Michaels, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Michaels lunges at Miller with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Miller's hand.

Miller takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Michaels will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
