Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Fabio Ba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Microscopic Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunt has chosen Bad to The Bone as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ba misses with a combination
and Hunt counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Ba tries to clinch but fails miserably
enabling Hunt to counter with a crisp jab.
Fabio Ba seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ba fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Hunt to the ground. Ba is now in Hunt's guard.

Ba drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Hunt dives on top into guard.

Ba working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hunt doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hunt manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Hunt is thwarting Ba's attempts to control the position.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Ba is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hunt's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hunt's back!

Hunt rolls, trying to escape but Ba keeps control of the position.

Hunt is in a bad position with Ba working for a choke. Hunt manages to spin nicely into guard and the danger is over for the moment.
Ba is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hunt is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hunt wants to control from the top but Ba keeps moving.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Ba tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Hunt tries to pass the half guard into mount. Ba knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Ba wants to control but Hunt is keeping busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hunt seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Ba is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
