The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silver throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Hyuga counters with a straight right hand.
Hyuga's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Silver connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hyuga scrambles back to his feet.
Hyuga cracks Silver with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Hyuga throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Silver throws an overhand right that lands on Hyuga's shoulder, as Hyuga tries to avoid the shot.
Silver throws out a loose jab but Hyuga uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hyuga uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Silver takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Adrian Silver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hyuga scores with a one two! Silver had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Hyuga gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Silver to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Silver wants to pass the guard but Hyuga is keeping the position.

Hyuga is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Silver is aware though and is defending well.
Silver might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Hyuga pushes a forearm under Silver's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Silver is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
