Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Manoel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manoel kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Hino do Flamengo. Gracie has chosen Forró Japonês as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie throws a sloppy head kick and Manoel moves out of range easily.
Gracie ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Manoel blocks a head kick by Gracie.
Manoel throws an overhand right that lands on Gracie's shoulder, as Gracie tries to avoid the shot.
Gracie misses with a head kick.
A head kick misses from Gracie.
Junior Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Manoel throws a jab when Gracie was well out of range.
Manoel blocks a head kick by Gracie.
Gracie tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Manoel throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A shot to the liver by Manoel. Beautiful body shot.
Manoel throws out a loose jab but Gracie uses good head movement to avoid it.
Manoel lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Gracie misses with a head kick.
Gracie tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Manoel ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Gracie looks gassed!
Manoel lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Junior Gracie has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Manoel lands with a cross.

Manoel cracks Gracie with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Manoel has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Gracie to stand back up!

Gracie is rocked!

Manoel drops Gracie with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gracie looks back up at him and smiles so Manoel waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Gracie is still on wobbly legs! Can Manoel finish him?
Manoel fakes the body blow, causing Gracie to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Gracie goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
