The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tibbs tries to clinch but Anderson moves out of range.
Anderson tries to sprawl but Tibbs drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Anderson slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Tibbs has gone for a leg lock! Anderson slips out almost immediately though and dives into Tibbs's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tibbs wants to sweep but no luck.
Tibbs knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Anderson on the ground.
Anderson is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Tibbs can't keep his opponent in guard - Anderson advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Anderson is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Tibbs is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
