Ivan misses with a left hand
and Silva makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Ivan throws a right hand that misses
and Silva counters with a leg kick.
Ivan misses with an uppercut
and Silva counters with an inside leg kick.
Ivan misses with a double jab
and Silva counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Ivan takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Silva tries a head kick but it misses.
Ivan throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Silva counters with a straight right hand.
Silva bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Ivan throws a left and a right that both miss
and Silva counters with an inside leg kick.
Boris Ivan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ivan forces Silva back against the cage and clinches.
A body shot lands from Silva.
Ivan looks gassed!

Silva breaks from the clinch.
Ivan misses with a combination
and Silva counters with a body kick.

Silva thows a body kick. Ivan tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Silva scores with a nice body kick.
Silva bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Ivan's head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ivan walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

It looks like Boris Ivan has been cut.
Silva changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Silva! Ivan is backing up but he can't get away as Silva lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Ivan and ends the fight. Great knockout.
