The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzales closes this distance looking for a takedown but Schwarzmynager circles away.
Gonzales drives through with a takedown into Schwarzmynager's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Schwarzmynager keeping moving, preventing Gonzales from controlling successfully.
Schwarzmynager will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Gonzales is squirming around, avoiding Schwarzmynager's attempts to control the action.
Schwarzmynager is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Gonzales can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Schwarzmynager prevents Gonzales from getting the reversal.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Schwarzmynager can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Gonzales is looking to escape.
Schwarzmynager working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Gonzales turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Schwarzmynager off and cradles Gonzales's limp body as Schwarzmynager celebrates with his corner.
