Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Zach Cooke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jared Chilango (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chilango defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Cooke.
Cooke swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Chilango counters with a nice double leg into side control. Cooke won't be happy with that.
Cooke is trying to get back to his feet.

Chilango wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Cooke, who protects the arm well.

Chilango tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Chilango advances nicely into full mount.
Chilango throws some wild stikes that Cooke manages to avoid easily.

Chilango jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Cooke is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Cooke and Chilango has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Poor strikes thrown by Chilango there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Chilango wants to control the pace but Cooke is squirming around nicely.

Chilango goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Cooke turns into him and now he's in Chilango's guard.

Cooke knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chilango on the ground.
