The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dakaev drives through with a takedown into guard.
Dakaev postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Paredes is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dakaev is in close to Paredes's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Oh Paredes is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Paredes working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dakaev doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dakaev manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Paredes seems to have got his legs back now.
Dakaev is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Paredes is breathing heavily.
Dakaev arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Paredes's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
