The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Benn, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Scuttlebutt misses with a right hand

and Benn counters with a shoot takedown. Scuttlebutt fights it but they end up in guard.

Scuttlebutt escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Benn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Benn got a little sloppy there for a moment and Scuttlebutt has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Benn has managed to get both his arms back between Scuttlebutt's legs - danger averted.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Benn is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Scuttlebutt's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Scuttlebutt's back!
Benn is trying to stick to Scuttlebutt's back but Scuttlebutt is turning into Benn. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Benn's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Scuttlebutt.
