The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffith fails with the takedown
letting Masters counter with a right hand.
Masters lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Griffith gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling Masters to counter with a crisp jab.
Griffith blocks a jab.
Masters fails to land with a series of punches.
Griffith lands a leg kick that knocks Masters off balance momentarily.
Griffith walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Griffith throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Masters on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Griffith. Griffith obviously looking to wear him down.
Masters lunges at Griffith with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Griffith's hand.
Griffith tries to clinch
and Masters counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Griffith fails with the takedown
and Masters counters with a nice uppercut.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Owen Griffith. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Masters loads up on a big right hand but Griffith slips the punch.
Masters connects with a body shot that sends Griffith's belly button to the back.
Griffith throws a head kick but Masters moves out of range.
Griffith on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Donk. Masters catches Griffith right on the button with a cross.
Masters connects with a single shot there.
Griffith misses with a takedown
and Masters counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Griffith thinking.
Ken Masters is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Griffith is breathing heavily.
Griffith takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Griffith. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Masters digs a good body shot into Griffith's ribs.

Masters scores with a one two! Griffith had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

It looks like Owen Griffith has been cut.
Griffith takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Griffith takes one to the side of the head.
Masters checks the leg kick nicely there.
A jab from Masters finds it's way through Griffith's defenses.
Masters lands a body shot.
Griffith takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Masters throws a good cross that connects.
Masters throws a series of strikes that have Griffith backpedaling.
Griffith's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Masters connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Griffith scrambles back to his feet.
Griffith on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Griffith takes one on the button.

Griffith takes one to the chin there.
Masters bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Griffith's head.

Griffith is rocked!
Masters throws a shot to the body.

Masters lands a big right hand that sends Griffith crashing to the mat! Masters stays standing though and waves Griffith back to his feet!
Oh Griffith is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Masters throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Griffith colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Masters as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Griffith is left battered and dazed whilst Masters and his camp cheer!
