Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Severn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Perote (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perote scores with a jab to the body.
Perote throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Perote feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Severns jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

It looks like Dan Severn has been cut.
The crowd cheers as Perote lands an impressive looking overhand right. Severn doesn't seem phased though.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Severn shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Perote counters with a left to the body.
Perote throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A punch combination from Perote misses.
Severn misses with a takedown attempt
and Perote counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Severn is breathing heavily.

Perote moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Severn goes down! Can Perote finish him!?
Perote loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Perote is pushing down on Severn's leg trying to pass to half guard. Severn is fighting to maintain full guard but Perote has managed to sneak the leg through.
Severn on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Severn tries to get out of the position.
Perote is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Dan Severn's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
