And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jeremiah Vellmot!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vellmot fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Vellmot lands with a straight right. Stewart didn't see that one coming.


It looks like Paul Stewart has been cut.
Vellmot circles away from the clinch attempt
and Vellmot connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Vellmot connects with a looping right hand.
Stewart takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Vellmot bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Stewart gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Vellmot.

Stewart shoots in but Vellmot avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Vellmot works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Stewart shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Vellmot as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Paul Stewart. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Stewart has his takedown stuffed
enabling Vellmot to counter with a crisp jab.
Vellmot is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Stewart had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Stewart is breathing heavily.
Vellmot tests Stewart's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Jeremiah Vellmot is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Vellmot slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Vellmot lands a really nice looking cross but Stewart seems unphased.
Stewart takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Vellmot throws a chopping leg kick but Stewart manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Stewart darts in trying to clinch
and Vellmot counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Vellmot lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Stewart on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Vellmot scores with a body shot.

Oh Stewart is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!


Paul Stewart's cut is getting worse.
Vellmot works over Stewart's head and body with a nice combination.
Vellmot lands a jab.
Vellmot steps in with a hook that catches Stewart right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Vellmot follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Stewart looks absolutely devastated.
