Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Haley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Jackson might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to LiL Wayne . The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haley misses with a two punch combination.
Jackson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Haley sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Quinton Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Haley drops Jackson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Jackson looks back up at him and smiles so Haley waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Quinton Jackson has been cut.
Jackson is breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Jackson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Haley as he avoids it easily.
Jackson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Haley as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Quinton Jackson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Haley.

Haley lands a big right hand that sends Jackson crashing to the mat! Haley stays standing though and waves Jackson back to his feet!

Jackson is rocked!

Jackson drops his hands momentarily. Haley doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Jackson staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Jackson doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
