Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gerome Kabasla!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Heliodoro Zuberi!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnemäki and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kabasla darts in trying to clinch
letting Zuberi counter with a right hand.
Kabasla does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Kabasla closes the distance but Zuberi moves to the side
and Zuberi counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Zuberi scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Zuberi tries to pass the half guard into mount. Kabasla knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Kabasla manages to get to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zuberi postures up.
Kabasla looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Zuberi wants to pass the guard but Kabasla is keeping the position.

Zuberi is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kabasla is just riding it out for now. Zuberi eventually gives up the hold.
