Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Seppo Karkkola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jake Roberts was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Roberts with that takedown attempt.
Seppo Karkkola seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Karkkola throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Roberts.
Karkkola lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Roberts circles away quickly and effectively.
Karkkola will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Roberts changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Karkkola tries to avoid it but Roberts manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Karkkola to the ground. Karkkola escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Karkkola scores with a one two! Roberts had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Roberts drops back looking for a leg! Karkkola is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Karkkola manages to kick Roberts off! Roberts jumps back into Karkkola's guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Roberts is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Karkkola defends it well.
Roberts seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Roberts is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Karkkola sees it coming and defends easily.
Karkkola wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Roberts is looking for a kimura but Karkkola is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Roberts to get the leverage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Roberts is working for a kimura but Karkkola is defending it quite comfortably.
