The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva fails with a takedown attempt.

Silva shoots in looking for a takedown but Adrianzen manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Silva's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Carlos Adrianzen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roger Silva.
Adrianzen fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Silva checks it well.
Silva fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Adrianzen avoids it really well and circles away.

Silva darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Silva is looking for a kimura but Adrianzen is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Silva to get the leverage.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Silva is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Adrianzen to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Adrianzen shrugs it off.

Silva throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Adrianzen has his hands clasped together but Silva breaks the hold and Adrianzen is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Silva!
