Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Matthew Williams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ramses Dinkin!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dinkin paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Dinkin tries to clinch up

and Williams counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Dinkin!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Williams lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Williams sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Dinkin really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dinkin avoids a series of strikes thrown by Williams.

Dinkin holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Williams tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Williams unloads with some shots from mount but Dinkin bucks and avoids them well.
Dinkin is in a horrible position here. Williams smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Williams throws some wild stikes that Dinkin manages to avoid easily.

Dinkin suckers Williams into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Dinkin is now in Williams's guard!
Dinkin is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Williams wants to get back to his feet but Dinkin is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Williams seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Williams is in close to Dinkin's body, working some short punches and elbows.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dinkin bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Williams's guard.
Williams has his hands on Dinkin's head, controlling the position.
Williams has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Williams looking to hit a scissor sweep but Dinkin is one step ahead there.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Dinkin wants to control from the top but Williams keeps moving.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Williams goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Dinkin turns into him and now he's in Williams's guard.

Dinkin pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Williams back to the cage. Dinkin follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
