The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hooke throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Nikkari counter with a right hand.
Hooke misses with an uppercut
and Nikkari counters with a nice low kick that buckles Hooke's knee momentarily.
Hooke misses with a jab, cross combination.
A looping hook to the body misses from Nikkari. Hooke does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hooke misses with a body shot.
That kick from Nikkari tenderised Hooke's leg. Hooke is trying to keep his angry face on.

Nikkari shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Nikkari is trying for a kimura here. Hooke looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Nikkari wins by kimura!
