The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shepherd shoots in looking for a takedown. Mules tries to sprawl out of it but Shepherd keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mules manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Shepherd changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mules tries to avoid it but Shepherd manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mules to the ground. Mules escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
