The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kreuger moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Johnson misses with a jab, cross combination.
Austin Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No joy there for Johnson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Johnson throws a right hand that Kreuger ducks under and follows up with a left that Kreuger also avoids with ease.

Kreuger closes the distance and pushes Johnson back into the cage.
Johnson misses with a short punch on the inside.
Johnson throws a head punch that misses.
Kreuger misses with a hook to the ribs.

Johnson lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Kreuger backwards.

It looks like Freddie Kreuger has been cut.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
