Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alen Zalac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Roger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zalac kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Eminem - Not Afraid. Alen Zalac has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zalac tries for a takedown but Roger circles away easily
and Roger counters with a shoot takedown. Zalac fights it but they end up in guard.
Roger wanted to stand there but Zalac had control of the position.
Zalac bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Roger's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Roger is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Zalac chips away with some ground and pound.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Roger can do anything to dispel that myth.
Roger wants to sweep here but Zalac controlling him for the moment.
Zalac prevents Roger from getting back to his feet.
Roger pulls Zalac in to control the position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Zalac is in close to Roger's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Zalac might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Zalac wants to control from the top but Roger keeps moving.
Roger is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Zalac defends well.

Zalac works over Roger with some ground and pound from guard.
Zalac drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Zalac seems to have locked his on tight now - Roger screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Zalac, as he picks up the win!
