The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Eliza Hachem and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horton is looking to clinch but Welker is avoiding it.
Horton moves into the clinch successfully.
Welker escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A jab from Horton does it's job there.
Welker takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Horton fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Welker avoids it really well and circles away.
Horton misses with a series of wild punches.
Horton feints and as Welker raises his hands in defense, Horton changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Welker looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Horton is defending well. Welker quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Horton has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Welker celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
