Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bono Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Machete Shilva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machete Shilva has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Machete Shilva!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Albert Achterberg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones scores with a takedown into Shilva's guard.
Jones won't allow Shilva to sweep him here.
Shilva trying to keep a closed guard but Jones is proving a slippery customer.
Jones trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Jones scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Jones looking to sit in guard and control but Shilva gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Jones tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Shilva presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Jones wants to hold on but Shilva pushes him away.
Shilva takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Let's hope that Shilva has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Shilva tries to control but Jones wriggling away.
Jones is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bono Jones dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Shilva shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jones's guard.
Jones manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Shilva is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Jones controlling the pace for now.
Shilva is in all sorts of trouble here.

Shilva is squirming around, avoiding Jones's attempts to control the action.
Shilva is working to get back to half guard.
Shilva tries to lock up and control but Jones gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Jones is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Shilva can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Jones throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
Jones prevents Shilva from getting the reversal.
Jones tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Jones avoids the attempt from Shilva to control.
Shilva regains half guard.
Shilva is looking to control Jones's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Shilva avoid being mounted?

Jones wants to get back to his feet.
Shilva is trying to maintain the position but Jones is very close to passing his half guard.
Shilva gets back to full guard.
Jones wanted to stand there but Shilva had control of the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Jones loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Shilva preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Shilva wants to hit a switch here but Jones passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Shilva there!
Shilva is squirming around, avoiding Jones's attempts to control the action.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Jones throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

That was a close second round but I would say that Bono Jones will probably get the nod.
That's time! Jones's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Jones manages to get back to half guard.
Jones is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Jones is not content to let Shilva control the position.
Shilva is taking a breather. Jones says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Machete Shilva wasn't active enough on the ground.
Shilva shoots and misses

and Jones counters with a takedown into side control.
Bono Jones overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Shilva managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Jones.
Jones throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Shilva works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

Jones looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Jones is stalling here. Shilva is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Jones seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Shilva has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Jones slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Machete Shilva has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bono Jones.
Well Jones has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
