Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Neik Hammerlik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milo Kroton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kroton's choice of entrance music: Mastodon - Blood and Thunder. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Neik Hammerlik!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Milo Kroton!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick from Kroton lands but Hammerlik takes it in his stride.
It looks like Neik Hammerlik has been cut.

Hammerlik throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Hammerlik lands a nice shot to the body.
Hammerlik does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

That kick from Hammerlik tenderised Kroton's leg. Kroton is trying to keep his angry face on.

and Kroton counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

A decent looking cross lands there for Hammerlik.
Hammerlik tests Kroton's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Kroton counters with a takedown into side control.
Kroton is looking to take a break and control but Hammerlik is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kroton throwing strikes but Hammerlik manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!

That was a close round but I would say that Neik Hammerlik will probably get the nod.

The fight stays on the outside here - Kroton looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hammerlik fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kroton.

Kroton wants to control from the top but Hammerlik keeps moving.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hammerlik is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Kroton stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hammerlik swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Kroton bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hammerlik's guard.

Milo Kroton showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Kroton throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hammerlik stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Kroton throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Kroton changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hammerlik tries to avoid it but Kroton manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hammerlik to the ground. Hammerlik escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kroton is looking to score with low kicks.
Neik Hammerlik seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kroton throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Hammerlik takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Kroton drops his shoulder and cracks Hammerlik with a huge uppercut! Hammerlik goes down! Can Kroton finish him?
Hammerlik is rocked!
Kroton passes into half guard.
Oh Hammerlik is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kroton scores with a big shot! Hammerlik's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Hammerlik! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
