Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Richard Martinez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Lappin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martinez comes into the arena with Iced Earth - A Question of Heaven blaring out of the sound system. Lappin has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Martinez lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Lappin walks straight into a right hand from Martinez - that's dropped him! Martinez jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Lappin from any more punishment! Lappin complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
