The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uzi shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Uzi accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Uzi throws and elbow that misses. Kingsley uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Uzi's guard. Nice move by Kingsley!
Uzi utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Kingsley throws a strike but Uzi rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Kingsley lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Uzi circles away quickly and effectively.
Kingsley shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Kingsley is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Uzi gets to his feet and stands over Kingsley, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Kingsley felt that one! Uzi unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Kingsley from any more punishment!
