The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Taro Takaoka and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spoons throws a leg kick that misses.
Spoons wants to clinch but Ikeda slips to the side
and Ikeda counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Spoons tries to clinch up
and Ikeda counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Rusty Spoons has been cut.
Ikeda lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Spoons changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ikeda tries to avoid it but Spoons manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ikeda to the ground. Ikeda escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Spoons closes the distance but Ikeda moves to the side
and Ikeda counters with a straight right hand.

Spoons is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ikeda is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Ikeda shuts the power down on Spoons. Lights out, game over! Ikeda is your winner.
