Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stefaniak closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Marihuanich's guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Marihuanich accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Stefaniak knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Marihuanich on the ground.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Bariga Marihuanich.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Marihuanich looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Stefaniak is avoiding damage well.
Marihuanich thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Marihuanich fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Stefaniak trying to remain calm as Marihuanich controls from the top position.
Stefaniak is trying to buck Marihuanich off.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Bariga Marihuanich will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Stefaniak drives through with a takedown into guard.

Marihuanich manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Stefaniak manages to get himself to full guard.

Stefaniak has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Marihuanich to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Stefaniak is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Marihuanich pulls down on the head and he's put Stefaniak to sleep! This one is all over!
