Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kixo Caludo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donnie Yen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caludo fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Yen won't allow Caludo to pass to mount.

Yen wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Caludo.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Caludo gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Yen goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Yen scoring well with a low kick there.
Yen moves in looking to clinch but Caludo pushes him off.
Yen is looking to clinch but Caludo is avoiding it.
Caludo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Yen swivels and escapes.
Yen misses with a head kick.

Yen moves into range and clinches up with Caludo.
Caludo keeps control of Yen as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Yen can't break the clinch.

Caludo is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Caludo looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Caludo works his foot free and advances to mount.

Caludo looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Caludo lands a big shot there that rocks Yen but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

That has opened up Donnie Yen's cut even more.

Caludo get's back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nice takedown defense from Yen. No joy for Caludo on that attempt.
Caludo on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Yen. Yen obviously looking to wear him down.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Some wild striking there from Yen.
A solid leg kick lands there for Yen.
Caludo is breathing heavily.
Caludo shoots in and drives through. Yen sprawls well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Yen fails in his attempt to clinch.
Caludo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Yen as he jumps to the side.

and Caludo decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Yen's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Caludo stands and steps away. Yen gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Caludo shoots for a double leg takedown but Yen sprawls well. He's pushed Caludo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Kixo Caludo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

and Caludo counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Yen's guard now.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Caludo looking to sit in guard and control but Yen gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Yen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Caludo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Caludo working for a triangle but Yen defends it easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Caludo is on top in guard.

Caludo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Yen swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Caludo is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Caludo stands and throws Yen's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Caludo is working to tighten is grip on Yen's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Yen has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Caludo is really squeezing tight and eventually Yen passes out! Caludo breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
