D walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Thompson wants to clinch but D slips to the side
so D counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Thompson throws his legs up looking for a submission but D uses it to pass to side control.
Thompson can't do much from the bottom here.
Thompson is looking to reverse the position.
D is looking to take a break and control but Thompson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
