Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Christian Clooten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mauricio Rizzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rizzo is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Hate It Or Love It. On his way into the cage it seems that Christian Clooten has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Christian Clooten seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Clooten tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rizzo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Clooten somewhat.

Oh Clooten is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Clooten. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Rizzo misses with an uppercut. Clooten saw that one coming.

Clooten throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Clooten closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Rizzo is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Clooten asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Clooten is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Rizzo knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Clooten wants to control but Rizzo is keeping him busy.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
