Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mondo Marcio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richie Yang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mondo Marcio has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yang takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Yang gets caught flat footed, as Marcio shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Yang has his foot on Marcio's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Marcio works his way back into a safe position though.

Yang escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Marcio gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Marcio is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Yang is just riding it out for now. Marcio eventually gives up the hold.

Yang has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Marcio can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
