Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mac Fraser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taru Big Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Big Boy comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kung Fu Fighting kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mac Fraser!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Taru Big Boy!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fraser changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Big Boy looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Fraser wants to stand but Big Boy has his arm trapped.
Fraser trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Fraser wants to control but Big Boy is keeping him busy.
Big Boy manages to work his way to half guard, despite Fraser's best efforts.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Big Boy is pulling down on Fraser's head. It's preventing any offense from Fraser, at least for the moment.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Mac Fraser just wasn't active enough.

Big Boy swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Fraser pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mac Fraser seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Big Boy lets loose with a powerful body kick. Fraser will feel that in the morning.
Fraser misses with a hook to the body

and Big Boy counters by moving into the clinch.
Big Boy goes for a takedown in the clinch but Fraser prevents it.
Big Boy fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Fraser tries to pull guard but Big Boy holds him up against the ropes and eventually Fraser drops back down to his feet.

Fraser shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Fraser lands a big shot there that rocks Big Boy but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Big Boy shoots for a takedown but Fraser saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Fraser lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Fraser throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Fraser tries to score a power double leg takedown but Big Boy sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Fraser somewhat.

Big Boy gets tackled into the ropes by Fraser. Fraser maintains the clinch.
Big Boy blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Big Boy takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Fraser breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Big Boy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fraser tries to close the distance and clinch but Big Boy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Fraser shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Big Boy manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
