The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mininkoph swings for the body but Herea moves out of range.

and Mininkoph counters with a nice double leg into side control. Herea won't be happy with that.

Herea is fighting off a takedown attempt but Mininkoph is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Herea to the mat. Herea regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Mininkoph is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Herea defends it well.
