The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis ducks under a wild hook from Quake.
Quake moves out of range of the strikes.
Lewis swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Quake takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Lewis fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

It looks like Earth Quake has been cut.
Lewis throws a one two combo.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lewis misses with an uppercut. Quake saw that one coming.
Lewis works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
The fight stays on the outside here - Quake looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Quake bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Lewis looks to land a combination but Quake avoids it well.
Quake scores with a hook to the body. Lewis takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Quake moves forwards but Lewis connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Quake throws a body punch but Lewis moves out of range.
Lewis uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Earth Quake's cut is getting worse.
Lewis misses the shot to the body.

Earth Quake's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Quake closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Quake misses with a double jab
and Lewis counters with a straight right hand.
Quake bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Quake doesn't manage to clinch there - Lewis circles away.

Quake on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Jeez, Earth Quake's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Lewis tests Quake's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Quake rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lewis moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Lewis avoids the body shot from Quake.
Quake looks to land a left hand but Lewis moved out of range nicely.
Lewis lands a jab to Quake's midsection.
Lewis pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Quake back to the cage. Lewis follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Earth Quake's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
