Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andre Alvarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rico Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alvarez comes to the cage accompanied by It's A Fight. Rico Santos is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Alvarez as he avoids it easily.
Alvarez lunges at Santos with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Santos's hand.
Santos shoots in for a double leg but Alvarez sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Alvarez lands with an overhand left.
Alvarez lands a nice shot to the body.
Alvarez lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Alvarez.
Alvarez will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Santos takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Santos takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Andre Alvarez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Alvarez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Santos looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Andre Alvarez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rico Santos.
A jab from Alvarez finds it's way through Santos's defenses.

Santos shoots in for a takedown but Alvarez shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Alvarez scores with a hook to the body. Santos takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Santos is trying desperately to land a takedown but Alvarez is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Santos.
Alvarez dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Alvarez looks to land a combination. Santos sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Santos is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Alvarez.

Santos seems to have recovered his senses.

Santos is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Alvarez moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
