Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Foti Vasa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Foti Vasa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, John Doe!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Daniel Bishop and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vasa gets the takedown into side control.
Vasa working the body and head with strikes.
Vasa with the ground and pound but Doe regains half guard under the barage of strikes.
Vasa wants to pass to mount but Doe is defending the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Vasa has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Vasa got a little sloppy there for a moment and Doe has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Vasa has managed to get both his arms back between Doe's legs - danger averted.

Well Vasa has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
