The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Surfer throws a right hand that Bojanski ducks under and follows up with a left that Bojanski also avoids with ease.
Bojanski wants to clinch
and Surfer counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Bojanski blocks a jab.
Surfer swings for the body but Bojanski moves out of range.

and Surfer counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Surfer.

Bojanski tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Silver Surfer has been cut.
Bojanski sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Surfer is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Bojanski cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Surfer wants to control but Bojanski is having none of it.
Bojanski postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Surfer looks a forlorn figure.

Surfer is rocked!
Surfer keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Surfer seems to have recovered his senses.
Bojanski looking to control but Surfer is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Surfer tries to reverse the position but Bojanski maintains control.
Bojanski loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Surfer scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Bojanski land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Bojanski stands and salutes the crowd.
