Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arnold Braan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stylie Dem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dem throws an off balance right hand
and Braan counters with a series of strikes. Dem will be more careful next time no doubt.
Braan lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Dem backs up against the cage.
Stylie Dem seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Braan counters with a left and a right that stings Dem.

Braan is looking to stand up but Dem isn't so interested in that idea.

Dem shoots for a double leg takedown but Braan sprawls well. He's pushed Dem's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

That was a close round but I would say that Arnold Braan will probably get the nod.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Braan is trying to stand.
Dem wants to control but Braan is keeping him busy.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Stylie Dem.
Dem lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Dem postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Braan is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Dem, into his guard.

Stylie Dem showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
