The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuduhov throws a left and a right that both miss

and Rainbow counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Rainbow content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Rainbow tries to pass to full mount but Kuduhov defends it.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kuduhov can do anything to dispel that myth.
Rainbow keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Rainbow wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kuduhov keeps working.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Kuduhov is defending against the submission attempts here by Rainbow.
Rainbow passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Kuduhov!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Double Rainbow.

Rainbow closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kuduhov did well to prevent Rainbow getting side control.

Rainbow decides to stand back up. Rainbow steps back and let's Kuduhov get back to his feet.

and Rainbow counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rainbow is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Kuduhov!
Rainbow takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Rainbow can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kuduhov is looking to escape.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Rainbow stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
Kuduhov tries for a takedown but Rainbow circles away easily

and Rainbow counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kuduhov won't be happy with that.

Rainbow wants to control but Kuduhov is keeping him busy.

Rainbow is looking to take a break and control but Kuduhov is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Rainbow has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Kuduhov is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Rainbow yanks on the arm and Kuduhov is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Rainbow.
