The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
One closes this distance looking for a takedown but Benton circles away.
Benton throws a right and a left that One avoids nicely.
Benton waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract One.
The fighters circling - Benton throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
One takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

It looks like Gucci One has been cut.
Benton tries to bum rush One with a series of wild strikes but One uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Benton connects with a single shot there.

One is rocked!
Benton throws a combination but it was largely blocked by One.
One tries for a takedown but Benton sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Benton misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Benton drops One with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but One looks back up at him and smiles so Benton waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
One is still on wobbly legs! Can Benton finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Benton pulls out of a head kick attempt.
One shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Benton as he avoids it easily.
One seems to have recovered his senses.
Sam Benton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gucci One.
One shoots for a takedown but Benton saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Benton cracks One with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Benton throws an overhand right that has One reeling! Benton follows up with a more punches and One is out cold! This one is all over!
