PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between canof whoopazz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mister Papilion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). whoopazz comes to the cage accompanied by champion. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Papilion tries for a takedown but whoopazz sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
whoopazz misses with the combination.
whoopazz could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
whoopazz misses with a two punch combination.
Papilion shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has whoopazz pinned against the cage. whoopazz gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Papilion shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with whoopazz but whoopazz pushes him off and we're back to square one.
canof whoopazz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mister Papilion.
whoopazz misses with a double jab.
Papilion tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but whoopazz swivels and escapes.
whoopazz throws a right and a left that Papilion avoids nicely.

whoopazz tries to bum rush Papilion with a series of wild strikes but Papilion uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
whoopazz will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
whoopazz throws a series of punches but Papilion avoids them all with ease.
Papilion stuffs the takedown attempt from whoopazz. whoopazz gets slowly back to his feet.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Papilion shoots for a double leg takedown but whoopazz sprawls well. He's pushed Papilion's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
whoopazz is breathing heavily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
whoopazz fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
whoopazz tries to bum rush Papilion with a series of wild strikes but Papilion uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Papilion feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Papilion really doesn't want to stay on the ground with whoopazz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
