Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Blake Suv (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevinty Siores (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suv throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Siores closes the distance and clinches.

Siores drags the fight down to the ground.
Siores wants to sweep but no luck.
Suv controls from within his opponent's guard.
Siores is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Suv is controlling him.
Suv has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Suv lands a big shot there that rocks Siores but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Suv cracks Siores with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Suv will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Suv shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Siores manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Siores wants to stand but Suv is controlling the position.
Suv scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Suv is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Suv drops back looking for a leg! Siores is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Siores manages to kick Suv off! Suv jumps back into Siores's guard.

Suv with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Siores has a closed guard, preventing Suv from standing up.

Suv seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Blake Suv has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Siores gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Suv to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Suv stands up and beckons Siores to join him on the feet.
Suv throws a sloppy head kick and Siores moves out of range easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Suv takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Siores takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Siores tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Suv manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Siores on his heels. He'll look to pass Siores's guard now, I'm sure.
Suv slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Suv tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Suv has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Suv decides to stand back up. Suv steps back and let's Siores get back to his feet.
Siores takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Suv fails in his attempt to clinch.

Siores swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Suv dips to his left and cracks Siores with an uppercut!

It looks like Kevinty Siores has been cut.
Suv throws a head kick that misses.
Suv tries to clinch up.
Suv wants to clinch up but Siores keeps it at a distance.

Suv looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
It looks like Suv is going to stand back up.
Suv content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Siores is looking to control Suv's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Siores avoid being mounted?

Suv is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Suv tries to stand and escape but Siores is controlling the position.
Well, if Suv is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Blake Suv.

Suv is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Suv, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
