Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Teddi Han (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gennady Vieira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vieira misses with a series of wild punches.
Han has managed to clinch.
Han lands a nice knee to the body.

Han is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Vieira jumps guard and drags Han to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Han wants to stand but Vieira is controlling his posture from full guard.
Vieira pushes Han off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Han tries to clinch up but Vieira circles away and keeps his distance.
Han keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Vieira tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Han just stands there and leans against the ropes.

Vieira tries to score a body lock takedown but Han shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
