Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Scott Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andreas Amnesia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Amnesia is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Pump It . We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Andrew Berry and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith closes this distance looking for a takedown but Amnesia circles away.
Amnesia changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Smith tries to avoid it but Amnesia manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Smith to the ground. Smith escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Smith feints and as Amnesia raises his hands in defense, Smith changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Amnesia really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Smith. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Smith accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Smith tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Amnesia wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
