The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zedong's jab looks to have found its range, popping Thompson under the eye.
Zedong feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Thompsons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Zedong tries to bum rush Thompson with a series of wild strikes but Thompson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Zedong fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A decent looking cross lands there for Thompson.
Thompson misses with a double jab
enabling Zedong to counter with a crisp jab.

It looks like Trevor Thompson has been cut.
Zedong steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Thompson is out on his feet! Zedong sets himself and nearly takes Thompson's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
